Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using sewasite.my ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

sewasite.my provides subdomain rental services, including:

• Subdomain registration and hosting (.sewasite.my)
• Storage allocation (varies by package)
• Git integration and deployment assistance
• Email and WhatsApp support

3. Subscription Packages

We offer the following subscription packages:

• 3 Month Starter: RM25 - 300MB storage
• 6 Month Professional: RM45 - 500MB storage
• 12 Month Enterprise: RM79 - 1GB storage

All packages include hosting, storage, and Git integration assistance. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made as agreed upon during the registration process. We will contact you via WhatsApp or email to arrange payment after receiving your subdomain request.

• Payment must be completed before subdomain activation
• All fees are due in full at the beginning of the subscription period
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment

5. Subdomain Usage

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use your subdomain and our services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Host illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
• Overload or disrupt our servers or infrastructure

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your subdomain. We do not monitor or control the content you publish and are not responsible for any content violations.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice
• Suspend services for violations of these Terms
• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice

7. Setup and Support

We will contact you via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving your request to:

• Confirm your subdomain request
• Arrange payment
• Set up your subdomain and hosting
• Assist with Git integration and deployment

Support is provided via email and WhatsApp during normal business hours.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription periods are fixed (3, 6, or 12 months). Refunds are not available once services have been activated, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by contacting us. Your subdomain will remain active until the end of your paid period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by sewasite.my and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain all rights to content you create and host on your subdomain.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sewasite.my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sewasite.my, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
